What is a FuelBoxx subscription?
A FuelBoxx subscription automatically delivers our boxes to you every month as part of a 6- or 12-month plan. Your box ships monthly, with no need to reorder.
When am I billed?
You are billed during the week your monthly box ships.
Your upcoming shipment and billing details are always visible in your customer account portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the month through your customer account.
Cancellations take effect starting with the following calendar month’s shipment.
The current month’s box cannot be canceled or refunded once the calendar month has begun.
Can I cancel the current month’s box?
No. Your cancellation will apply to future shipments only.
Can I get a refund after I’m billed?
No. All charges are final.
Refunds are not available for the current month’s box. Any cancellation or changes apply to future months only.
Can I return a subscription box?
No. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products for safety and quality reasons.
What if I forget to cancel?
If you forget to cancel, that month’s box will still ship and is not refundable.
Your cancellation will apply to the next month.
(Setting a reminder is always a good idea.)
Can I skip a month instead of canceling?
Yes, if your plan allows skips.
You can skip only the next month’s box.
Skips must be requested before the next calendar month starts.
What if my box arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will replace the affected item(s) or issue store credit at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Can I change my shipping address or payment method?
Yes. Log into your customer account to update your information before the next calendar month begins so it applies to the upcoming box.

Do prices ever change?
Subscription pricing may change from time to time.
If pricing changes, we’ll notify you in advance. Continuing your subscription after notification confirms acceptance of the updated price.
