Shipping Schedule
FuelBoxx orders ship once per week on Tuesdays.
Orders placed before Sunday at 11:59 PM (local time) will be included in the upcoming Tuesday shipment.
Orders placed on or after Monday will ship the following Tuesday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but this is not guaranteed.
Carrier delays, weather, and factors outside our control may impact delivery time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time. (Edit this line if needed.)
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees to reship.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot find your package, contact the carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace affected items or provide store credit at our discretion.
