When do you ship?

We ship once a week, every Tuesday. Like a weekly meet — consistent, dependable, always on the schedule.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 business days. Just enough time for anticipation — not enough time to run out of fuel.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the USA. From big cities to small hometowns — if there's a mailbox, we can reach you.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship with FedEx for speed and reliability. Athletes move fast — shipping should too.

Will I receive tracking?

Absolutely. The moment your order leaves our facility, you'll get tracking details. Refresh the page as often as you'd like — we all do it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel anytime — no hoops, no awkward emails, no breakup speech required. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If it's already on the truck, it's officially on the road to greatness.

What if my order is damaged or lost?

If something arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us and we'll make it right. We’re here to keep athletes fueled — not frustrated.

What if I typed the wrong address?

Please double-check your delivery address like it's game day. If you catch a mistake before shipping, we can fix it. Once it's shipped, rerouting isn't guaranteed — but we'll help however we can.

Can I change my subscription or order size?

You can update your subscription — more boxes, fewer boxes, different flavors — anytime before our weekly ship day (Monday at midnight). After that, it's locked in like a race lineup.
