Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your FuelBoxx subscription at any time through your customer account.

Cancellations can be made at any point during the month and will take effect starting with the following month’s shipment.

The current month’s box cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Billing occurs during the week your monthly box ships.

Once a shipment has been billed and processing has started, that month’s order cannot be refunded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the next month’s shipment is processed.

We cannot retroactively cancel, refund, or stop orders that have already been billed or shipped.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your customer account portal.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any FuelBoxx products.

Because our products are food items, returns are not accepted for safety and quality reasons. Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences or personal product preference

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the next shipment is processed


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Replace the affected item(s), or

  • Issue store credit

Claims submitted after 7 days or without photos may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

FuelBoxx reserves the right to modify its products, pricing, subscriptions, shipping schedules, and policies at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
